About Us

Have you ever met someone amazing at a networking event, loved the conversation, and then... nothing happened? I’m Malinda, founder of Grateful Connections, and after 25 years in healthcare sales I know the truth: business doesn’t come from pitching, it comes from genuine connections.

Grateful Connections is an inclusive community for women in business here in Lake County. I take women on a journey from comfort, to connection, to clients, through in-person and virtual gatherings, small-group guided networking, and expert sessions. It’s especially welcoming for women who find networking uncomfortable.

I also offer one-on-one sales and networking coaching, connection-based personal branding photography sessions, and I host the Women Owned Lake County podcast (COMING SOON!), spotlighting the amazing women-owned businesses in our area.

I believe in collaboration over competition, and I’d love to be your cheerleader. You don’t have to build your business alone!
