Description
Back by popular demand! Join us Sunday, October 18th for a cozy afternoon designed just for middle school girls — a space to unwind, connect with peers, and build real tools for handling stress, friendship changes, and the "Sunday Scaries" before the week ahead.
| Middle school can bring a lot to navigate. Friendships are changing, school expectations are growing, schedules are getting busier and sometimes the thought of Monday starts creeping in before the weekend is even over. Surviving the Sunday Scaries is a chance for girls in grades 6–8 to spend an afternoon slowing down, connecting and building tools to make those moments feel a little more manageable. Join therapist Emily Plesnicar, LCPC, and yoga instructor Stephanie Bersh, E-RYT, for a fall-inspired afternoon that brings together meaningful conversation, yoga and fall inspired crafts. Girls will explore some of the real challenges that come with middle school while learning practical ways to manage stress, build confidence and feel more grounded heading into the week ahead. This isn’t about making every Sunday worry-free. It’s about helping girls better understand what they’re feeling and giving them tools they can carry with them long after the afternoon is over. |
